Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is:
Gabriele Bollino
VAT no.: 13380910011
Email: hello@clevelos.com

2. Data collected

This site collects the following personal data:

  • Work email: provided voluntarily when you download the case study. Purpose: sending you the case study and, only if you ask for it with the optional checkbox, contacting you about a possible collaboration. Legal basis: explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Data entered in the calculator: the calculation runs in your browser. When you use it, I record the values you set anonymously (calls per month, client value, clients won out of 10 and monthly investment), with no email, name, company or other identifiers. They are used only to understand how the calculator is used.
  • Calculator values in your booking: if you book from the calculator, the three values you set (value of a client in the first year, clients won out of 10 and comparison investment) reach Cal.com with your booking, in the notes field. This way the call starts from your case. From that moment they are linked to the name and email you give Cal.com.
  • «da» parameter in links: some links I share contain a «da» parameter. It only says which channel you came from (for example LinkedIn or my email signature), never who you are. If you book, the channel reaches Cal.com in the notes field. It is not saved on your device.
  • Browsing data: IP address and technical data collected automatically by third-party services needed to run and display the site (Google Fonts for typography, Cloudflare’s cdnjs for the animation library). These services are loaded as essential technical resources and may keep technical logs (IP, user agent, timestamp).

Data provided through the booking service (Cal.com) is processed under the privacy policy of Cal.com Inc.

3. Cookies and consent

The site uses technical cookies needed for it to work (they cannot be turned off) and external technical resources (Google Fonts and cdnjs) essential to display the site. Cal.com is loaded only when you click the booking link. No profiling cookies or advertising tracking tools are used. For details, see the Cookie Policy.

4. Third-party services

  • Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com): loads the typefaces needed to display the site correctly. Google may record the user’s IP address as a technical log.
  • Cloudflare’s cdnjs (cdnjs.cloudflare.com): loads the library that runs the page animations. Cloudflare may record the user’s IP address as a technical log.
  • Cal.com (cal.com): appointment booking. Loaded only when the user clicks the link. Data processed by Cal.com Inc. under its own privacy policy. If you book from the calculator, it also receives the three values you set and, if present, the channel given by the «da» parameter.
  • Google Sheets (Google Ireland Ltd): temporary storage of the email provided when downloading the case study, in line with the Google Workspace DPA. When you use the calculator, an anonymous event with the values you set is also recorded (with no email or other identifiers), for the controller’s internal analytics only.

5. Legal basis

  • Technical cookies and external technical resources (Google Fonts and cdnjs): the controller’s legitimate interest in the correct operation and display of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Cal.com: pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject, who books the call by clicking the link (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Email (case study download): explicit consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the case study download form. Follow-up contact happens only if the data subject ticks the optional box.
  • Anonymous calculator event: the controller’s legitimate interest in measuring how the service is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The event contains no personal identifiers.

6. Your rights

Under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw your consent at any time

To exercise your rights, contact: privacy@clevelos.com

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

7. Data retention

  • Email (case study download): kept for up to 12 months from collection, then deleted.
  • Cookie preferences: kept in localStorage until you clear your browser data.
  • Data held by third parties: kept under the respective policies of Cal.com and Google.

8. Data transfers

Data collected through Google Sheets may be transferred to and stored on servers in the EU or the USA. The transfer is governed by Google’s Data Processing Agreement and by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.
